FAQ
Where Can I Buy Your Art?
All art can be found right here on my website! I regularly add new sculptures and curios during art drops. I also list my prints and stickers over on Etsy. You can get access to exclusive art and early access to my work before public releases by subscribing via Patreon. You can also commission a piece directly from me to get something made just for you.
Why Can't I find [sculpture of choice] in Your Store? and/or Why is [art of choice] sold out?
I am a solo artist here in the studio and I take time to make sure each of my pieces are carefully handmade and carry the character and personality expected in my work. I spend time on the flecks and faces and each little detail that makes them one of a kind. This means that I can only make so many at once.
When I have a group of Littles, prints, or bigger pieces ready, I try to make sure everyone has the best chance of knowing when they will be added to my shop by setting a drop date, time, and schedule. I share all this info with you ahead of time via my Newsletter and Patreon; where I also share advanced looks and previews so you always know exactly what is on the way, and when.
I always recommend setting a calendar reminder or alert for shop drops as the most popular items tend to get adopted quickly once the drop goes live.
What Material Do you Use?
I get asked this a lot, and I'm happy to answer any questions as often as I can. For example, you'll find answers to "what's your favourite polymer clay" and more in the comments of my Instagram videos - and it's Sculpey Premo or Super Sculpey Beige for most projects! (often adjusted slightly by mixing with other brands or clay additives)
I use a lot of different techniques, materials, and processes in my work. It's hard to answer every question because every project is different and I use different materials depending on the need of a piece (for example size, translucency, or detail may change how I approach a sculpture).
I do have more looks at my process, as well as material and tool tips and links, and full length video tutorials up on Patreon if you'd like a complete look in my studio. I opened that page to try and help answer some of these questions in more depth. That space is still growing, and I'm adding new tips and topics as we go!
Custom and Personalized Orders
I do take commissions. Please reach out if you are interested, and we can discuss details. I’m currently open with a waitlist. If you have a project you’re passionate about, email me and I can help work through details and timing of your dream piece. I also take commissions of my regular items. If you'd like a leaf bat, mandrake, moss mouse, or other favourite made just for you... reach out, and we can discuss.
Where can I find news on upcoming Creations?
My newsletter is the best place to start! Never miss a release and be up to date on all giveaways and special events. I only send out newsletters with big events and shop releases, the kind of news you really don’t want to miss.
I post behind-the-scenes and life updates on Patreon, many of which are free. It functions a bit more like an artist blog and collector community.
I am also active on Instagram and Facebook. You’ll find sneak peeks and upcoming creations on Instagram, as well as announcements for shop updates.
What’s an OOAK Doll?
OOAK stands for One Of A Kind. This means the sculpture or doll is not mass produced. Its features and body are hand-sculpted, hand-painted, and hand-sewn. Many of these dolls do not have patterns or casted parts, and they are completely unique. When you buy one, you are acquiring a limited edition piece of art. There is only one like it in the entire world, and you are buying the time that it took to carefully craft it.

Can I make fan art of your leaf bat, hobgoblins, mushroom bookmarks etc?
First, I am so flattered that you are inspired by my work. If you’ve asked me in person, thank you! I love chatting with like-minded creatives. And the truth is, we're all familiar with loving and being inspired by someone else's work. Chances are, if you ask an artist to practice using their art, they’ll say yes. We all learn from and are inspired by those around us. I do not mind personal work made inspired by my work and if you decide to do this, or make something from one of my tutorials (you can find them on Patreon and YouTube), I only ask that you please give inspiration credit to me (tag me, I love to see!), and this goes without saying: but do not sell these works.
Copying is unfortunately not harmless.
If you are an artist, and want to, or are already selling, you know the line between inspiration, and copying. Most people do. As a creative pouring hours into my work to try and get food on the table, it really hurts when I see direct copies of an artist’s work passed off as their own. Especially when we’ve all been in that same place of “I wish I could make art just like so and so”. And when we finally find something that is uniquely ours, we are protective of it because we worked long and hard to get there! It’ll happen for you too!
I recommend playing with lots of mediums, explore styles, just have fun, and see where it takes you. You’ll never find something as wonderful as something that is wholly yours!
