Snail Sculpture - Cloche

Meet the garden snail.

She’s a hyperrealistic sculpture crafted carefully with great attention to detail. Hours have been spent meticulously hand forming her from clay with character and realism, developing semi translucency and believability in her texture, flexibility in her eye stalks, and personality in her overall design.

She was then baked and painted slowly to maintain and expand her realistic look, with varying colours and opaqueness like a real snail. She’s been hand finished, varnished, and set in a glass display cloche designed just for her.

Her display includes genuine dried mosses and grasses thoughtfully collected on my travels as well as imitation mushrooms. They are delicate, so proceed with caution while handling and displaying her. 

This is a rare OOAK sculpture, no molds, pre designed textures, or copies were used in her design, she cannot be replicated, and there will never be another like her in the world. Bring home a little garden magic from the Library.
